Welcome to Fluency Easy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to register as a student or tutor on Fluency Easy. If you are under 18, you may use our platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

1.2 Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Use of Services

2.1 For Students

You may book sessions with tutors, communicate through the platform, and access learning resources. Misuse of tutor time, abusive language, or any form of harassment may result in suspension.

2.2 For Tutors

You are responsible for conducting high-quality lessons, maintaining professionalism, and following Fluency Easy’s code of conduct. Tutors must not share personal contact details outside the platform.

3. Payments & Cancellations

3.1 Payments

All payments for tutoring sessions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. Prices and fees are displayed clearly before booking.

3.2 Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.
  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users (including students or tutors).
  • Attempt to interfere with our platform’s security or technical integrity.

5. Content Ownership

All content provided on Fluency Easy (text, video, lessons, materials) is owned by Fluency Easy or its tutors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without permission.

6. Termination

Fluency Easy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may also request account deletion at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fluency Easy is not liable for:

  • Any damages or losses arising from use of the platform.
  • Any issues during tutor-student interactions not directly managed by Fluency Easy.
  • Delays, cancellations, or technical failures beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
