Good day.

My name is Eppo Joubert and I am a retiree with 35 years experience in Furniture Retail. I joined the JD Group, now Pepkor Lifestyle, in 1990 as a credit controller. I managed to work myself up to Chief Executive and was the leader of several brands during the years. I’ve spend most of my career in Operations as an Operational Executive. I was part of developing and implementing marketing and merchandise strategies, operational excellence as well as human resource management with specific focus on performance improvement.  My team and I were also responsible for compliance in more than 500 retail stores across Southern Africa. Servant Leadership and GREAT customer experience remains my passion and biggest focus in business! 

I am currently a small scale farmer with chickens, vegetables and boergoats.
