Is there a refund policy?
Yes, we offer a clear and fair refund policy. If a lesson is cancelled by the coach or there is a valid issue that prevented the session from taking place, you are eligible for a full or partial refund. All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness for both students and coaches.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Yes, you can reschedule any booked lesson directly from your student dashboard—provided it meets the minimum notice period (usually 12–24 hours before the lesson). Tutors appreciate timely communication, and we make rescheduling flexible for both sides.
How do I find a coach?
You can search for a coach using our smart filter system. Filter by language, price, availability, experience level, or teaching style to find the perfect match. Each coach profile includes an introduction video, reviews, qualifications, and lesson pricing—making it easy to decide who fits your learning goals best.
